Beginning my career in the world of business in corporate America, I later made the jump “across the pond” to pursue my MBA at IE Business School in Madrid, Spain, where I immersed myself in the world of entrepreneurship. Shortly after, I founded my own startup and later served as an Investment Director. Amidst this journey, I sensed a deeper calling - to explore the realms of the power of the subconscious and energy healing to unlock one’s true potential.
Drawing from my own experiences as an International Venture Capitalist turned Energy Practitioner & Intuitive Coach, I merge my entrepreneurial spirit with a profound commitment to healing and personal development. By cultivating greater awareness and alignment within ourselves, we can transform both our businesses and lives.
My mission is to guide others through coaching & energy healing modalities, toward greater alignment and balance, helping them to navigate daily pressures, clear away limiting beliefs, fears and doubts so that they may experience living life more fully from the truth of their being.
So many of us give and give from an empty cup, pursue and achieve, unknowingly repress our emotions, criticize ourselves, stuck in the infinite loop of working toward "success." No wonder we don't know what is up or down, how to hear our inner wisdom. I have been there: the overachiever who had everything and came up feeling depleted, flat, with nothing left to give, where it all crumbled down... or OPEN, I should say, sparking my spiritual journey.
By embarking on my spiritual journey and truly putting in the work time and time again, especially when things were tough, trusting when everything seemed out of grasp, I have been able to learn and use tools that I will carry with me for the rest of my life. By implementing these tools in my own life, I know what a meaningful impact they may have. I have learned how to flow with life, see new opportunities, be at peace during challenging times, expand, contract, and open myself to true magic. I now share this knowledge, helping clients on their unique journeys.

VortexHealing® has been the tool where I have seen the most profound and sustainable shifts in my life, going to places we cannot otherwise reach, to the root cause, to conditioning we carry from this lifetime, other lifetimes, our ancestral lineage and so much more. From there, we are able to pull up the roots, allowing for more spaciousness in your system for your inner wisdom to blossom through.
We are entering a massive shift in our humanity, shifting from scarcity, lack, and suffering to heart-led lives full of grace, trust, and inner peace. That is not to say it is an easy journey, but it is the most sacred of our lives. Sometimes we just need a little help on the way.
